1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and password (hashed and never stored in plaintext). When you upgrade to Pro, Stripe processes your payment information directly — we never store credit card numbers. We collect usage data including which cards you view, watchboard items you add, and features you use to improve the product.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your email to send account-related communications such as email confirmation, password resets, and if you are a Pro subscriber, price and score alerts you have configured. We use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve PokeQuant's features and scoring models. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Vercel for hosting, which is SOC 2 compliant. Stripe handles all payment processing and is PCI DSS compliant.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized page view data — this does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Stripe (payment processing), and PokemonPriceTracker (card price data). Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.
6. Your Rights
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@pokequant.app. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days. You can export your watchboard and portfolio data from your profile page at any time.
