1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PokeQuant ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not Financial Advice
PokeQuant provides data, analysis tools, and quant-driven signals for informational purposes only. Nothing on PokeQuant constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Pokemon card investing carries real risk including total loss of capital. Past price performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
3. Accounts
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $19/month. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your profile page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use PokeQuant to scrape or bulk-download data, resell or redistribute our data or signals, attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring models for commercial purposes, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service. Commercial use of our data requires a commercial license — contact support@pokequant.app.
6. Data Accuracy
Price data is sourced from TCGPlayer, eBay, and other marketplaces and is updated daily. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data. Market prices can change rapidly and data shown may not reflect current market conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
PokeQuant and its operators are not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of using the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
The PokeQuant scoring model, signal weights, and software are proprietary. Pokemon, TCGPlayer, and related trademarks are property of their respective owners. PokeQuant is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, or TCGPlayer.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify Pro subscribers of material changes via email.
